This legal notice regulates access, browsing, and use of the website meshet.com, as well as the download and distribution of the Meshet software developed and maintained by Black Mamba System S.L.

Accessing or using this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of this legal notice and the privacy policy outlined here.

Users agree to use the website and software diligently, lawfully, and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the website or application for illicit purposes or to infringe upon the rights or interests of Black Mamba System S.L. or third parties.
• Attempting to breach security measures, introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code into the server or communication networks.
• Impersonating other users or spreading false or misleading information.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating website content without prior authorization, except as permitted by the Meshet license.

Meshet Software: The Meshet software is owned by Black Mamba System and distributed under the Meshet license: free for personal, non-commercial use; business or commercial use under a paid license.

Website Content: All contents of this website — including texts, brand marks, logos, graphic design, interface, code, documentation, and screenshots — are the property of Black Mamba System S.L. or authorized third parties, protected under Spanish and international intellectual property laws.

Black Mamba System S.L. strives to keep website information updated and downloads available, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or service interruptions.

Decentralized P2P Architecture: Meshet functions as a peer-to-peer network without central servers. Black Mamba System S.L. does not operate relay servers, nor does it store, intercept, or monitor messages, files, or websites shared between user nodes. Each user is solely responsible for their use of the network, shared content, and the security of their cryptographic keys.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where mandated by consumer protection regulations; otherwise, to the courts of the city of Granada, Spain.

This website is completely static and collects no browsing data:

• No cookies or trackers: We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The store (meshet.com/token) only uses a technical session cookie, needed to keep you logged in and protect forms; it is removed when you log out or after 2 hours of inactivity.
• No data collection on the information site: The information and download pages have no forms or user profiles, and downloads are served directly from the server. The only part with user accounts is the store, explained in section 9.
• Email communications: If you write to us, your contact information will be used solely to answer your inquiry.

When you create a store account to buy AI tokens, the All AIs plan or the business license, we process your data as follows:

• What data: email and password (stored encrypted); billing and contact details (individual or company/self-employed, name or company name, tax ID or EU VAT number, address, postal code, city, province, country and phone); your purchases, invoices, token balance and plan; if you buy the business license, the number of employees and license number; and a basic security log (e.g. logins and IP address).
• What for: managing your account and purchases, issuing and keeping your invoices and license certificates, customer support, fraud prevention and notifying you of important service changes.
• Legal basis: performance of the contract you accept when buying (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), legal invoicing and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) and our legitimate interest in service security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• How long: while you keep your account. Afterwards, invoices and the data needed for them are kept blocked for as long as the law requires: 4 years under Spanish tax law (General Tax Law) and 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code (Art. 30). Then they are deleted.
• Who we share it with: Mollie B.V. to process payments (independent controller of payment data; we never see your card), our server hosting provider as processor, and the Spanish Tax Agency (Hacienda) or other authorities when required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Your data in your account: you can view and correct your billing details in “My account” and download your invoices at any time.

Meshet is built on the principle of privacy by design and by default:

• Your Identity: An Ed25519 cryptographic key pair generated locally on your device that never leaves it.
• End-to-End Encryption: Messages and files travel encrypted directly between participating nodes; they never pass through Black Mamba System S.L. servers (there are no central servers).
• .meshet Domains: Registered on the P2P network using node cryptographic signatures, completely independent of this website.
• AI Provider Keys: Keys configured for external AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) are encrypted locally on your machine and sent only to the provider you choose. Neither Meshet nor Black Mamba System S.L. have access to them.
• Public Square: Messages posted to the "Public square" common room can be read by any connected network node.

The legal basis for processing emails sent to us is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and comply with legal obligations.

For the store, the legal bases and retention periods (4 years under tax law and 6 years under the Commercial Code for invoices) are those described in section 9.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability at any time by writing to info@blackmambasystem.com or contacto@meshet.com, proving your identity. If you have a store account, you can also correct your billing details in “My account”.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at aepd.es.
